1. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Individual Users)
Thanks for purchasing our products or subscribing to ChatterFox's services.
If you purchase a product that includes a free trial, you will be charged automatically after the end of the free trial. If you wish to cancel before being charged, you must cancel your subscription in your account before the end of the free trial. If you send an email requesting a cancellation (rather than cancelling your account with the click of a button in your membership area), ChatterFox cannot guarantee that your subscription will be cancelled within the time frame of your free trial.
Forgetting to cancel your subscription within the free trial range does not meet the terms and conditions of our money back guarantee.
We encourage our customers to try the product and service with fidelity in the first 7 days after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
The Lifetime plan offers unlimited access to our digital platform, including 15 in-app sessions and one year of support in our WhatsApp group.

You can cancel your subscription at any by contacting support@chatterfox.com.
We offer a 7-day full money-back guarantee for all purchases that includes human coaching services. When you purchase these products, we guarantee that your employees will notice the results within 7 days. If they do not, you can request your money back under the following conditions:
After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. However, the account can still be cancelled at any time by contacting support@chatterfox.com.
3. Privacy Policy (All Users)
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how ChatterFox. and its related services (“we,” or “us,” or “Company”) collect, use and share personal information of users of the ChatterFox mobile application (“ChatterFox” or the “App”), this website (the “Site”) and other services provided by the Company (the App, the Site, and such services shall be collectively referred to as the “Service”). This Policy also applies to any of our other mobile applications or websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites that post different statements.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We get information about you in a range of ways.
Information You Give Us. We collect information you directly give us, such as your voice recording provided via the App, and your name, email address, phone number, password, login credentials to your social network accounts, and demographic information.

For example, information about how you use a feature may be collected and combined with information about how others use the same feature, without any personal information included in the resulting data.

We also collect (a) information stored in your phone, such as advertiser ID, phone brand and model, and default language, (b) your login information (either through email or Facebook), and (c) your approximate location (via IP address).

Cookies help us make our Service and your visit better. We use cookies to see which parts of our Service people use and like and to count visits to our Service.

CHILDREN
Consistent with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) without parental consent. Any person who provides their personal information to us through the Site represents that they are 13 years of age or older. We ask for and store users’ date of birth to ensure they are 13 or older, but do not share that information unless the user chooses to share it on the user’s profile. If you believe that we have collected information from an individual under the age of 13, please contact us so that we may take appropriate steps to address the issue.

DELETING USER ACCOUNT REQUEST
Please get in touch with us via the Contact us form in the Application or email us directly at support@chatterfox.com. Then we will inform you when the account gets permanently deleted with a confirmation.
